"Shoot a long, sharp spear of ice that impales enemies before shattering!" Casting this spell sends an ice spear forward. Hitting an enemy will do 100 damage and the spear will stick in them for a couple seconds before shattering, doing an additional 100 damage. The shattering has a small area-of-effect so hitting an enemy in a horde has a chance of hitting multiple when the spear shatters
