Icicle Beam

"Cast a beam of ice that creates large icicles that, after a short time, shoot off of the surface they're attached to." This spell is like Path of Ice and Conjure Ice where the beam spawns icy ground and freezes enemies, however Icicle Beam also creates 10 icicles that launch from evenly spaced places along the path the beam made on the ground. Each one will do 25 damage to the enemy it hits with a very small area-of-effect. The faster the player looks around while casting will spawn more icy ground, but will only ever spawn 10 icicles
