Glacier Burst

"Summon crystalized ice to burst from the ground, damaging and impaling enemies in its way." Glacier Burst summons an ice shard where the player is aiming. Ice bursts from the ground to deal 100 damage to enemies directly above it. There is an area-of-effect for this spell, but it is very small compared to how large the ice chunk appears. Also, a smaller-than-expected ice patch spawns on the ground, and very quickly disappears after the spell is cast.
